Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2026 · Last Updated: May 8, 2026

The Promotional Standard LLC (“TPS,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the TPS website, dashboards, practice tools, and related services (the “Platform”).

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, password hash, target rank, assessment timeline, weekly study hours, organization, and role.
  • Usage data: module progress, practice session transcripts, audio/video responses you submit, scoring outputs, and self-evaluation notes.
  • Department data: if you join via a department subscription, your admin may see your activity, scores, and progress within that organization.
  • Payment data: billing email and invoice metadata. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and log information needed for security and reliability.

2. How We Use Information

  • To deliver, personalize, and improve the Platform;
  • To generate AI-assisted feedback on your practice responses;
  • To send transactional emails (invites, receipts, password resets, notifications);
  • To process payments and administer subscriptions;
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI inference); (b) your department administrator if you joined via a department subscription; and (c) authorities when required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and practice data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support recovery, legal compliance, and analytics. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, row-level database security, and audited third-party infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

6. Your Choices

You can update profile information from your dashboard, opt out of non-essential email, and request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Department admins control roster membership for their organization.

7. Children

The Platform is intended for adults age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
